A resident of Miami Beach, Florida, B. (Bhenoy) “Ben” Dembla has served in management business roles for three decades. Bhenoy Dembla assumes a more advisory role, offering counsel to private equity and venture capital firms, as well as small companies and startups. He helps his clients raise capital and seed money and assists partners in creating a vision and strategy for their business. He also advises his clients on purchasing owner-operated companies across various industries, including hospitality, entertainment, storage facilities, and commercial real estate.

Previously, Bhenoy Dembla led organizations in the textile manufacturing, project engineering, energy, pulp and paper, financial, and cost accounting sectors, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Dembla engaged in planning and forecasting to attract new clients and has also served as a keynote speaker. When he retired from the corporate world, he did so as a senior vice president and vice president at two Fortune 500 companies.

In addition to his over three decades of experience in business and finance, Mr. Dembla earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics and Economics from Syracuse University and a MBA in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School.
